Services That Haier Customers Can Avail:

In-home : Professional technicians visit your home to service your product as per your comfort
Carry-in : Customer bring in his / her product to the nearest service center for service

In-Warranty Service

If the defect or failure occurs while using the product in normal condition (functional defect) within the warranty period, In such case the customer can avail in warranty service by providing the purchase invoice at the time of service.

Out Of Warranty Service

After expiry of Product standard warranty period, all services are on chargeable basis to the customer.

Re-Install/Removal

Re-install /second demo/ explanation /external connections ,requests like connecting the external device etc. are chargeable.

Product Of Different Company

Faulty product of other company/ interconnected device except for the product that the customer request. (Router, Set top, Cable/ allotter, drainage pump, tempered glass, Assembled PC, S/W of other company and so forth)

Expendability

In case that the expendable part’s warranty is expired/ lifespan is ended. (Battery, Filters, Ramps, Head, Tonner, Drum, Ink and so forth) In case that the product is defect due to the customer use the part that is not provided by Haier or option items.

3	Repair* signifies the normal service charges (Labor Charge) where engineers visit customers’ premises and fix issues excluding parts replacement.
4	Service / Gas Charging / Parts Charges are applicable for customer where set in warranty has been mishandled by the customer.
5	Bracket Charges for AC and CE will be additional for all product installation if required.

RAC Installation & Gas Charging Price

Room Air Conditioner (RAC) installation, uninstallation, and gas charging are chargeable services unless included in a promotional offer. Standard installation typically covers indoor & outdoor unit mounting, basic piping up to specified length, and power connection guidance as per safety norms.

Additional piping, core cutting, outdoor bracket, stabiliser, or site-specific work may incur extra charges. Gas charging rates depend on refrigerant type and quantity. Final estimates are shared by the service engineer after site assessment.

1	Fixing charges will be applied if the parts are arranged by the customer / provided by the dealer for (AC bracket & Copper Pipe).
2	Additional standard service charges also to be paid by Customer (Gas Charging, Chemical wash / Jet pump cleaning / sterilization).
3	No Service charges applicable if complaint repeats within 30 Days for the same cause.
4	For compressor failure cases during the compressor warranty period, gas charging is paid by customer.
5	Charges mentioned above are applicable from 1st Jul ’26 onwards.
