Some operational sounds (hum, click) are normal. Loud rattling or vibration usually indicates the appliance is not level, or items placed on top are vibrating. Use the adjustable feet to level the refrigerator. Ensure no loose items are resting on top of the unit.
How Would You Improve The Information?
Excessive ice build-up is usually caused by a faulty door seal allowing warm, moist air to enter, or by leaving the door open for extended periods. Inspect the door gasket for cracks or gaps. Replace the gasket if damaged. Defrost the refrigerator manually if ice has already accumulated.
Check that the temperature setting is correct (recommended: 3–4°C for fridge, -18°C for freezer). Ensure the door seals are intact and the vents inside are not blocked by food items. Clean the condenser coils at the back of the unit and make sure there is at least 5 cm of clearance on all sides for ventilation.

If the defect or failure occurs while using the product in normal condition (functional defect) within the warranty period, In such case the customer can avail in warranty service by providing the purchase invoice at the time of service.
After expiry of Product standard warranty period, all services are on chargeable basis to the customer.
Re-install /second demo/ explanation /external connections ,requests like connecting the external device etc. are chargeable.
Faulty product of other company/ interconnected device except for the product that the customer request. (Router, Set top, Cable/ allotter, drainage pump, tempered glass, Assembled PC, S/W of other company and so forth)
In case that the expendable part’s warranty is expired/ lifespan is ended. (Battery, Filters, Ramps, Head, Tonner, Drum, Ink and so forth) In case that the product is defect due to the customer use the part that is not provided by Haier or option items.
Physical damage caused during shipping, packing, or transit after purchase is not covered under the standard warranty.
Scratches, dents, broken plastic, and other cosmetic damage are not covered unless caused by a manufacturing defect.
Consumable parts such as filters, bulbs, and batteries are not covered unless damage has occurred due to a defect.
Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than a Haier-authorised service centre are not covered.

Room Air Conditioner (RAC) installation, uninstallation, and gas charging are chargeable services unless included in a promotional offer. Standard installation typically covers indoor & outdoor unit mounting, basic piping up to specified length, and power connection guidance as per safety norms.
Additional piping, core cutting, outdoor bracket, stabiliser, or site-specific work may incur extra charges. Gas charging rates depend on refrigerant type and quantity. Final estimates are shared by the service engineer after site assessment.
After expiry of the product's standard warranty period, all service visits, spare parts, and labour are chargeable. An estimate is shared with the customer before any repair work begins. Customers retain the right to decline the estimate without incurring a service charge.
