Why is my washing machine not draining?
A blocked drain filter or kinked drain hose is the most common cause. Clean the drain filter (usually behind a panel at the front-bottom) and ensure the drain hose is not kinked or inserted too far into the standpipe.

How do I use the Quick Wash programme?
Select the 'Quick Wash' programme on the control panel for lightly soiled clothes. This 15-minute cycle is not suitable for heavily soiled items. Use a reduced amount of detergent for best results.

Can I pause a washing cycle mid-way?
Yes, press the Start/Pause button to pause the cycle. The drum will stop and after a short delay (to allow pressure to equalize) the door can be opened to add or remove items. Press Start/Pause again to resume.
